Enjoy the benefits of seamless integration that now allows you to have the same contacts in Sage ACT! as you do in Outlook. Plus, your calendar automatically updates in both places, no matter where changes are made!

  • Hi Carol,

I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are having with the Outlook sync with Sage ACT!. We will test this issue and if we are able to reproduce it, it will be submitted to our development team to address. Thank you for taking the time to report this issue.

  • Would be great if you released a patch for ACT! 2010 rather than forcing an upgrade....

  • @Dirtysantchez99 Sorry, unfortunately, there are no plans to make ACT! 2010 compatible with Office 2010. Sage ACT! 2011 is the current version that will work with Office 2010 (32-bit version only). You can get some integration with Outlook 2010 and ACT! 2010 per the instructions the Sage ACT! Knowledgebase. For more info, please visit the Sage ACT! Community and search on Office 2010 Compatability. Sorry, YouTube doesn't allow me to include a url in a comment.

  • Terrific but it does not work correclty. If after you sync you change something in Outlook like adding another phone number it does not come over to Act and if you have notes in Outlook after you sync with Act it wipes them out in many cases (maybe all ..). I spent 3 hours last week on the phone with Act tech support they could not explain what was wrong. It does not seem to matter if it is set to keep the Act or Outlook date when a contact in both was updated

  • It does't work. I've got a number of users who can't make this work at all and Sage won't respond to requests for help. What's up with that?!
