Healthy Hot Chocolate - Pure, Homemade, Instant.

Make yourself a delicious cup of hot chocolate. This recipe is instant, natural, homemade and sugar-free.

This easy recipe is gluten-free, sugar-free, low glycemic, diabetic friendly, dairy-free, chemical free, vegan and delicious!

Put in a 16 oz. mug or to-go container:
2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
¼ cup Healthy Sugar
(I suggest Xylitol from any grocery or "Just Like Sugar". Buy "Just Like Sugar"-Tabletop in the green bag online at www.justlikesugarinc.com.
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk (Or any unsweetened non-dairy milk)
Add boiling water to fill cup. That's it!
Stir well and enjoy!

Optional flavorings:
Mocha: 1 tsp decaffeinated coffee crystals
Cinnamon & spice: ½ tsp Cinnamon
Maple: ½ tsp maple flavoring
Mayan: a dash of cayenne
Valencia Orange: grated orange zest
Toffee: a few drops English toffee stevia
My favorite: 1 Tbsp Yacón syrup (tastes like caramel)
