  • Very helpful recipe... although what actually is half and half? We don't have it in the UK and I don't know if it's under a different name or if it's something I'll have to make.

  • @LietMonty The longest i have had it in the refrigerator is 1 week. I would not freeze it, it has a very soft texture, that I think wouldn't hold up well during freezing.

  • Please how long does this last in the fridge? Can you freeze it? Thanks.
