  • @gjm500 I admire you for being able to play that! :) I was accompanying my high school chorus with this song and we just didn't do it justice i'm afraid. It is an extremely difficult piece.....for a 17-year old anyway!!!

  • @CDRphoenix I agree the blending wasnt that great. Ive actually never thought of this piece on the organ, but it would be interesting to hear. The piano was drowned out at some parts haha :)

  • To the pianist: Very fine job. I will accompany The Blvd Choir in Memphis in Nov 2011 and enjoyed listening to another pianist's interpretation. Keep up the good work. Gale J. Murphy

  • @CDRphoenix If I could play it as well as she I would be satisfied. I too noticed some mistakes but hey this is a difficult piece. Organ is good but I myself am drawn to the piano. And I agree it is a poor recording film not matching the sound. How could that happen? I'm not too knowledgeable on recording, etc. A little knowledge of music.

  • OK rendition, but poor recording. Also, there are a lot of soloists, especially in the sopranos, because the blending was awful. Both guys sections did an excellent job. Painist was at best OK - why not do on the organ??

  • @Gary2837 Pianist was great as well!!! This is an extremely difficult piece to play.

  • Great rendition of this beautiful work. Wished I could have been a part.

  • wonderful and beautiful
