yea man thats exactly what we were thinking. Gotta have something to maintain morale over there on the off time when not getting shot at. Yea theres no defeat of a multinational insurgency that hates us and you really think we love going there. someone has to do it and ur pathetic self can sit there and talk bad about us who die for YOU and YOUR family whehter u may believe that or not. I got shot 3 times this deployment and my brigade has 300 casulaties.

we get confirmed kills, but it is like vietnam becaue its like unwinnable because we are fighting a "cause" that the taliban fight for so every taliban fighter that dies for there "cause" the stronger it gets and there not fighting for the country of afghanistan there simply fighting against us and coming from all different countries

thank you all for your support and of course its dangerous. The job of an infantrymen is close with and kill the enemy. Its fun as hell doing it even when you know the risk.
