@03janiejane Perhaps it's the skin around the area. Is it oily? Even if it's only mildly so (like mine) it can sometimes 'carry' the product around. Try using a gd primer slightly below the water line and maybe (if needed) switch to a less creamy/oily eye/face product.

I really need your help. I have a problem with my eyeliners when i color my water line,it always seems to smear to my lower lash line.and whats crazy about it "so do the ones that say that they are water proof. So do you happen to know any solutions to my problem. Thanks .
