straching training

@rightATRIUMZ It's much easier to stretch and point your toes than to pull your toes back. Gymnasts and dancers practice by pointing their toes because visual form in all positions is important in their fields. It is actually very useful to pull your toes back because apart from helping stretch more of the targeted upper leg muscles, it aligns your heel with your calf and it gives an immediate visual indication of foot to hip alignment. Only gymnasts or dancers complain about non-pointed toes :)

that was awesome, but for the love of God, please point your toes

Unalingned pelvis, "open hips". Weird split. It seems to me he does only what nature has given to him, not much from real work and training. I suggest not working for yourself, but always under supervision of a good teacher or gym coach. Good intentions, not so good practice.
