How To Throw An Eephus - The Super Slow Pitch

This is a video on how to throw an eephus which is a super slow pitch even slower than most change ups. The eephus is a pitch thrown, or should I say floated, in like a softball pitch. Please leave a comment on how you think the eephus pitch should be gripped and thrown.

there is no way to throw an eephus pitch. you sorta just lob it into the air and let it drop down yourself.
