Gangstar Rio: City of Saints for iPad/iPhone is an open world GTA-like game in which you can follow through the 60 missions or do whatever else you please in the open world. The app is universal, so one purchase gets you versions for the iPad and iPhone.

Graphics: Not the best graphics for iPad/iPhone, but not horrible either. Some surroundings look like a PS One game. C+
Sound: Excellent music and radio stations when driving. Some vehicles have unrealistic sounding engines however. Voice acting is pretty good. B+
Gameplay: Frustrating touch steering controls, but the accelerometer steering makes up for it. B-
Replay Value: No multiplayer mode, but a long single player mode will keep you busy with its missions and everything else you can do on the side. A-
Overall (not an average): B-

is it better to play that on iphone or ipad? i know ipad is more difficult to control games with,but what would u recommend?

@lituvis1 In some ways it's easier to play on an iPhone because you can use only your thumbs to control if you want. But I prefer playing on the larger iPad screen because sometimes your fingers get in the way on the iPhone since the screen is so much smaller.
