I have been lucky enough to visit the cockpits of A320/321 and 737-800.... After 9/11 though, well i'm afraid that ruined it for us all didn't it :(.
I have good memories of the 737 though... we were passing Germany, it was to our left and the pilot pointed out a storm and the lightning below .. amazing.

I visited a Delta L-1011 cockpit in the 1980's as we were waiting to exit the aircraft at the gate after landing.
