GTA IV: BOGT Very Rare Car - Super Diamond (GUIDE INCLUDED)

Oh yeah finally got one - just happened upon it. Definitely my favorite car in GTA now. PHANTOM
How I got it:
I was looking around trying to find one for a while in Yusuf's gold car. That wasn't working so I went to Alderney and got a Cognoscenti from the driveway of the mob boss' house. I drove it around Middle Park near Yusuf's car. I parked near it and got in the gold one, spinning the wheels for a bit. Then I decided to do some drunk driving. I got back in the Cognoscenti and drove over to Hercules near the paynspray and went in - I decided to have one drink and then come back out to see what happened. The Cognoscenti that I had parked in front of the door was gone, so I ran over toward the Bahama Mamas club, and thats when there was a Super Diamond there in traffic. It was around the middle of the night. See if you can find one.

after u complete the game, these cars appear randomly but much more often that when the game is uncompleted

I got one in yushi mission and I drove off and hung up on him every timed he called the mission was (caught with pants down)
