An entire generation of young Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh is reaching adulthood and watching their world change as momentum builds for a final settlement between Armenia and Azerbaijan. It could mean an end to years of isolation and the return of large numbers of Azerbaijanis displaced by the war.

  • Considering the brutal way the "all-powerful" Azerbaijani army was decimated during the NKR war despite greater numbers and weapons, your threat is nothing more than propoganda-fueled rhetoric brought about by a rather disturbing inferiority complex and the painful humiliation of Azerbaijan's humiliating loss during NKR War.

  • Because that land does not belong to Azerbeijan. Furthermore, Azerbeijan (or rather Turks) still occupy 80% of our lands. Ask this same question about Cyprus, and don't bother me for my comments. Just turn off your site.

  • I am from Azerbaijan and it is a fact that Karabakh and other seven cities which Armenia occupied are belong to Azerbaijan. Of course we are going to take back our regions from Armenia in the future. We have power for to take our soils back, but we dont want to make war in order to solve problem. İndividually I dont hate Armenians, they are actually the same people with us, but our conflict is based on occupied regins. I think after solving problem, we will be friend again :)

  • *the NKR War

  • "Azerbeijan (or rather Turks) still occupy 80% of our lands".... quite an assinine statement.

As far as POW standards, what articles of Helsinki POW standards did Armenians follow during Khodjaly massacre?

  • Quite a typical post from an Armenian from the United States.

  • That is fine, but why Armenia is still occupying parts of Azerbaijan that is outside this territory? If Armerinian does wrong, that should be accepted, but if someone does wrong to Armenians, you will go up to UN. be fair.

  • Shame on Radio Free Europe, spreading such bullshit propaganda. There are absolutely no Armenians in Karabagh that would want to be under Azerbejan. These kids are being abused to say things for some handouts. This is against the Helsinki POW standards. It is abusing the native Armenians in Karabagh.

  • Karabagh will always be Armenian, but I don't think that there is a problem with Azeris returning, but again it will be Armenian.
