ANOTHER example of this is the olokun that lucumi orisa clergy give. i researched this olokun these days they charge 3500 to 5000 u.s dollars! the pot, tool set shells, ewe herbs, the "ache de santo" lol, and the animals needed come to around 500 dollars if you want a giant pot add 100! so.....were do you think the rest of that money is going?? in the pocket thats ware for a few hours of "work" lol! beware people find good Ifa awo, babalocha and iyalocha to deal with.....

If an Awo give's say...Esu or omlawo.they should inform the omo of what they have exactly! how to throw obi abata to it! what offering is for the orisa etc.! to give an orisa and leave the person unable to communicate and seek guidence and help form the orisa is PURE WRONG AND TABOO! if you give esu you better teach the omo how to talk with esu period! no games of esu plays tricks so they cant etc. be honest! and teach the proper way of ifa...ASE ASE ASE o!

Awo should not lie, cheat, and misinform people for profit! an awo should have an offering made to there ikin and orisa for helping a human being! if the person chooses to give a cash donation very well, but no awo should be making huge prices to pay for large homes and bmw's! the awo will be more blessed in all aspect's through humility rather than intent on profit. the money charged should be what it cost for what is needed for ebbo,ojoguun,omolawo etc. ONLY!

the balance of nature, the truth of life feeds on life! Ifa had become corrupt in so many ways it is sad! people getting initiated to MAKE CASH! and whats funny is they often have no clue what the are doing and often make up parts of rituals to fill in lol... i have seen it with my own eye's! to be an awo or orisa priest is an honor that should bring humility. Awo means you are merely a messenger and should be honored to serve the Orisa...

further more i have to say, that Awo who is acting beat up and tired who says we have 3 more hours is a classic example of why these guys charge so much CASH! THEY HAVE TURNED RELIGION INTO WORK FOR PROFIT! Ifa odu speaks of a payment to awo ifa in exchange for wisdom but this has been taken out of context! that payment was never meant to be 100's of 1000's of cash dollars! it was supposed to be a lesson of giving offering and understanding how balance of life works!

because you would here YORUBA WORDS WITH A SLIGHT ACCENT! its a fact you learn this when you study culture's and languages. so again you must understand the yoruba language is even created in such a way that it's word's "have life"! and have had ase and life for 1000's of years! so.....remember spoken word is as important as knowing the name of an orisa! you have to understand what you are saying and why! and learn the language to manifest Ase....

this made me crack up those awo not babalawo are speaking gibberish lol! they do not speak yoruba and do not realize over time what is supposed to be "ofo ase" has become GIBBERISH THAT MEANS ZERO! and if it means nothing that means nothing is happening! the power of spoken word is the 100% of Ifa Orisa! incantation must be spoken correctly to manifest "ase" ...... i have to say to any one who trys to claim this is "lucumi language" you are wrong! it is not...
