There are a LOT of people out there who have NO idea where to start when it comes to getting back in shape or losing weight. There is so much misinformation and even outright lies out there, it becomes a case of information overload and they never get moving.
Here is my own little "5 Steps to Getting Started" layout. Give it a try, it may be just the plan you need. As long as you just get out there and act on something, you are doing better than most!
