situation = small gate camp consisting of 2 stealth bombers and 3 other larger ships.

target = nemesis stealth bomber

target's mindset = "alright guys let's kick anyones ass that comes through!"

target's actions = foolishly staying uncloaked while his fellow stealth bomber pilot cloaks up. most likely an inexperienced pilot that ends up paying the price.

result;

1] target is in his pod seconds after i decloak and initiate the alpha-strike sequence.

2] target's buddies wonder wtf happened. his fellow stealth bomber pilot de-cloaks to show his presence but at the same time scared shitless.

3] i laf.

This happends before the dominion patch. Now you need to wait at least 10-15 sec after decloak, to cloak again, and there's a recalibration time for scanners too. I lost one of my hound too, because of this feature....

that's why it's called a stealth bomber:P those ships can lock on right after declocking to unload a payload of bombs and torpedoes and go back into stealth.

I have a question. In the video it seems like your instantly re-cloaking after firing your salvo. I thought there was a 15 second delay between decloaking and recloaking? How are you doing this? I'm thinking about training for bombers and this would make them way more appealing. Thanks!
