This game was so uselessly full of bugs. In the ending, it said I failed to find the dagger when I actually carried it around all the time. Such bad programming...

I got another ending actually. When I first played this game when I was really little with my dad, he used a walkthrough so that I wouldn't get bored with solving puzzles and could watch it almost like a movie (yeah...kinda lame, I know). But when we got to the end, the coroner said something about how we had no evidence to back our theories out, even though they checked out. We had a kissy moment with the Stevedor, and then were killed by Riley. Can't remember the rest, but it was different

@SilverHeart44 Yeah, I tried that once too. Some of the aftermath explanations of the characters were completely different... my favorite was that Laura got reassigned to the food section of the newspaper. XD
YouTube user jtd786 has a few videos on his channel of the alternate endings, in case you want to remember. :)
