The will is more than valid. It's sad that so many fans choose to side with the family who were only after Michael's money in the first place. He specifically wanted to take care of his mother and his kids only! The secondary beneficiaries are some of his nieces and nephews. It's not Michael's job to continue to support his grown older siblings or their kids. The estate was right to kick out Jermaine and Randy's ex-wife and kids.
