@prexz13 remove rear cap(unscrew the two screws), and under microchip find speaker, and at speaker you will see 2 clips, with a small thing just move them up a bit

i agree with amymarkwl, i had problems with speakers. maybe about the housing not so tight. sometimes i cant hear any sound & when i press hard front and back with each other, the sounds is temporarily back, when loosen up, sounds gone again.

the headphone port is not a standard 3.5 baby plug port.

@dfrss i had it for four yrs and it worked fine. i only had some problems with the speakers
