so like our ex president a bien used to said" are we wrong? are we wrong?". we came here under perfect legal law in taiwan, we work harder because we know it is about human live. there is 醫師國考 to evaluate capability of medical student, for you and for all of us. If you think is unfair, blame the government don't blame us, ok? blame on the fucked up system that you guys voted. stop describing us in such a pitiful way,
Growup, i know its tough to suffer under such a education system in tw. i respect your hard working in the 聯考. but this does not give you any right to decline all the hard working that we are doing right here right now. we came here under legal law, we can only meet our family once a year, we face all kind of discrimination that you tai tai can not even imagine. I couldn't attend 聯考 because I was raised in other country. I want to be a good doctor and serve my beloved taiwanese people.
All you students are learning how to NOT to be sued by patient and paitent do not respect you med student at all. so start to figure out how to get yourself a better healthcare system to live in, how to give taiwan citizens better quality, stop bitching and protesting about what is most insignificant for the public health.
3) 7th year 中國 in ER, can't even explain what is tell the difference between hypovolemic and cardiogenic shock. this super smart tai tai med student can just remain silence until the VS asked and I answer.
Those above are what i have LEARN from genius tai tai med student. the medical hierarchy system in taiwan is fucked up, don't even need to talk about the public health insurance.
1. 6th year med student from 輔大, cardiology, can't even whats the difference between stable angina and unstable angina. when question about angina, all he know is give nitroglycerin to the patient,
2) 6th med student from 成大, can't even recognize parasternal long and short axial view, 4 & 5 chambers view in cardial echo. can't even recognize the easiest right ventricle from the probe.
to those stupid tai tai whose got dellusive thinking and boarderline personality, our tw's head of health administration already put alot of shame in WHA meeting months ago. your university don't even recognized and approved by WHO, stop humiliating Taiwan such a name internationally and put yourself together for the sake of our children's future in taiwan. have a boarder vision, bigger heart and acceptance. please go back home spend some time with family, because thats what we sacrificed here
by the way, last weekend I talked to the chief of our pediatric department, amazingly he also heard about the strike in taiwan. He was so unbelievable that you tai tai med student can't approve the education here. he even asked " have they even been to poland and see how we teach here?" and he also asked" so taiwan students want you to take examination harder than USMLE ? thats very interesting!"
so you bunch of ignorant tai tai med student, keep barking and spreading about such a untruthful fact regarding our practice in poland. and don't use politician's way to mislead people in tw. if you wanna fight, fight stright, tell me which hospital you gonna take training this year, i will go fucking apply and see who can do shit infront of the patient. so shame on you being such a 井底之蛙 and go to learn how to be a read good doctor
this is what i have done in my thrid and fourth year clinical inhospital training. suturing, IV injection can't be easier for us. you know what I have experieced when i was in tw's hospital? 3 clerks (including me), 2 intern, and 1 resident. VS noticed a pansystolic murmur from the patient, would like ALL OF THE DOCTORS to listen. of course risident doc get to auscultate and took 3 mins. after 3 mins, patients put his cloth back and REFUSE rest of the interns and clerks to auscultate
first aid and medical laboratory. and let me tell you what we actually CAN do in our FOURTH year INHOSPITAL training. we did cardioversion on patient with chronic arrhythmia to obtain sinus rhythm in cardiology, we perform peritoneal lavage in patient with hepatic cirrohsis, student in traumatic surgery even perform complete assist on free flap surgery on patient with serious bedsore.
we even perform bone biopsy in 2 years old baby in his posterior iliac crest.
so like our ex president a bien used to said" are we wrong? are we wrong?". we came here under perfect legal law in taiwan, we work harder because we know it is about human live. there is 醫師國考 to evaluate capability of medical student, for you and for all of us.
