Violet/Pete - Scenes from a marriage: You are so beautiful

This is a scene from season five's "God Laughs", where Pete has just pulled through his surgery and Violet finally gets to see him. Going in she's warned that Pete might act a little euphoric as a reaction from the anestesia and bypass...

I realize the aftermath of the fight and the heart attack won't be this easy, nor do I want it to be (I want them to make up realistically so all the haters can shut up already), but I can't help but view this scene as adorable. Hormones may be out of whack, but there is no doubting the love between these two, from Pete's declaration and loving, adoring eyes to Violet tearing up and matching his loving gaze... There's no doubt in my mind that no matter what hardship lies ahead of them, they are going to be okay :)

@Blondivenimania yeah, it's very cute and such a much needed moment to relieve the episode's tension. In the season three premiere it was Vi holding Lucas for the first time, here it was this scene :)
