A 1950s commercial for Carnation evaporated milk promoting the product for newborns and babies. This commercial aired during the brilliant "Burns & Allen" show, and came towards the end of the episode, one of three commercials during the episode. Aired live.
Harry Von Zell was the Burnses' announcer from 1951 through '58, and usually delivered their sponsor's commercials, live- and later, on film.

Despite that Carnation Milk is very tasty, a baby would need what her mother can offer first. And then *maybe* this product. IMNSHO, I find interesting this kind of ads, since they imagine that every situation in everyday life can be covered by their products. Like the infamous "windex" use on the movie "My fat greek wedding" for quote some modern example. ;)
