Classic Game Room presents a CGRUndertow review of 007 Nightfire, developed by JV Games Inc. and published by EA Games for the Game Boy Advance. Pierce Brosnan James Bond is back, this time to save the world...again...from Raphael Drake, who is planning to use stolen weapons for his own personal gain. Babes, bombs, and Bond flair are all over the place in this FPS that frankly does not do Goldeneye much justice, let alone the PS2, Gamecube, and XBOX ports of this game. This video review features video gameplay footage of 007 Nightfire and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Eric.

  • The opening part of the review... Eric, you do not use a damn laser watch on the enemies (this can be said for ANY James Bond game). You use guns or your fists. And here you are again bashing a game because you suck at it (you pulled the same crap with Star Wars: Shadows of the Empire).

This is the GBA, the 3D graphics aren't going to be that good.

It's official, you are CGR's own version of the Irate Gamer (Chris Bores). This needs to be re-reviewed by someone else.

  • He has to remember this is a 3D FPS running on GBA, give it a chance

  • @MrThestig8 it's wikid! looks and plays sooo well. I play mine on GC and it is great

  • If you hate the way it looks when this game is blown up to TV screen size, then wouldn't the smart thing be to NOT blow it up to TV screen size? Just sayin'.

  • @lildecable true and besides it looks better on the gba because it has a smaller screen and smaller pixels

  • Actually this game looks pretty impressive, THIS IS THE GBA GODDAMMIT

  • I'd love to see the PS2 or GameCube version...

  • If this was on the snes it would be awesome

  • This game looks decent it's hard to find a first person shooter for the gba I would play this

  • I've not played it, but based on the video, I think the 3D's actually pretty good. It's technically impressive with what they squeezed out of the GBA. Level design's not bad either.

Does look hard to control though.

  • i think it looks fun

  • @getsomegames well the GBA could handle it cause its right there up on screen. Also it's more imaginative and impressive to do a FPS
