GVF, in an effort to highlight successful brownfield redevelopment projects throughout our service area, recently spoke with Marshal Granor of Granor Price Homes about the Riverwalk at Royersford. Built on the site of a former glass factory, the Riverwalk at Royersford is a vibrant high-density residential community, and serves as a dynamic example of what can happen when municipalities and private sector business successfully collaborate to transform old industrial properties . In this video, Marshal Granor discusses the visioning efforts for the project, the processes Granor Price worked through to see those visions realized, and how various components of the project, including a 320-foot long mural, fit into the overall revitalization of Royersford.
