Steve Walker seems so far removed from the "product" that he's selling. It almost seems like he doesn't really understand what he's trying to sell and is reading off some rehearsed lines or cue cards.
There's just too much "platform," "software," "applications," and "communications" of the "product."
This is where Apple is better than SE in terms of marketing. They're more effective at making the consumer not feel like just another "consumer" and their products feel more personal.

For the most part, I like SE mechanical design and the X10 is another beautiful reason why. I will be keeping my ears peeled for the X10 release.
Hopefully, it won't be ridiculously priced and available to carriers in the US. Otherwise, this will be a sales flop and SE can't afford to keep suffering like that.
Moto seems to be turning a critical corner...when will SE?
