  • No, it is not plagiarism. He quoted it. He repeated it because it is always good in public speaking and debates to state an argument (said, published, written, etc.), then rebutt or negate it. By quoting an argument to be is the best step to establishing a better counter-argument as it will not mislead the audience, rather it will give the audience a kind of preparation for what you are about to say and they will be on the same ground as you are.

  • Lol typical republican antics when he did reference it. Taking him out of context.

  • who cares?

  • He only gave credit for it AFTER the newspaper contacted him. He didn't give credit the first time he used that line.

  • Yes. Obama mentioned it was from a Tom Toles cartoon. Try again.

  • He beats Alan Keys and now he thinks he can beat McCain / Palin in a national election.

  • Biden appears to be mentoring Barack Hussein Obama well and Obama appears to be an outstanding student! LOL

Can we afford to have two plagiarists running our country? Hm...

  • hahahaha obama sucks

  • Biden gave him the tip.

  • It is unseemly that people make bizarre charges such as this plagiarism screed rather that engage in actual civil discourse. Base assertions such as this video hurt our democracy. Its time for people to educate themselves as to where these candidates stand on the myriad of generational challenges that face our nation and stop engaging in the petty that distract from actual issues. Our mainstream media no longer serves the people so we will need to do the research ourselves.
