@stoppre88 They're not a Christian band.

toby and devin's vocals, when put together, make a perfect chord :)

Some of the best harmonizing I ever heard. Gotta love this band!

This has got to be one of the best songs I have ever heard. His screams are perfect. So, those who say his screaming is awful just because you are the lead singer/screamer in your band think again, because this band is the one that is signed and leaving positive influences on others. This song is about love and death. The two things that make humans, humans. Loss, is something they write well. Emery is amazing, and that my friends, is the understatement of the year.

This band is a Christian band...just listen to Fix Me off their new album. However, I agree that they don't always sing about Christianity which I think it's just awesome because it grabs a wider range of people to listen to them. I don't believe this song was really meant to be a religious view of Christ dying on the cross...their simply isn't enough lyrical evidence or substance in the song to make me believe it.

@chazerc Christian bands are people who happen to be christian and be in a band. religious bands are bands that sing about god. and even bands that sing songs about satan, not all of the members have to believe in satanism or be atheist. So I believe that anyone can get whatever message they fucking want from this video. just like I can get the message i do since my friend shot himself with a fucking shotgun and this song reminds me of it. Keep all of your beliefs to yourselves, you fucks.

@chazerc It's not a christian band, they are christians, but they aren't a "CHRISTIAN" band.

"Don't tell me it's the right time
And your last words will sustain me
Until my end
Until I see you again"
Brilliant!
The one person who "disliked" this has no heart.

I am an outspoken atheist and Emery is one of my all time favorite bands. Music isn't about religion. It's about the human experience- what that amounts to is internally and personally interpreted.
