US-2000 FSB-A2, counting, stacking and banding system with two feeders

The US-2000 FSB-A2 collects chipboards from the first feeder and package inserts from the second feeder. Based on the required task, i.e. the first feeder could insert the chipboard at the beginning and before the last insert of the stack. During the feed process, a camera monitors important print features such as data matrix codes, barcodes or serial numbers. If an error is detected, it will be displayed on the left screen and the process is stopped. After the individual products are stacked and banded, the edges are protected from handling damage. The output speed depends on the camera, the codes as well as the number of package inserts / stack.
