Apologies for the low production quality in this one. Knives were held too close the camera (as you can see it focused on the backdrop) and off-center a lot.

  • Dude...you sold me on a clay 3.5

  • @AceRazor Cool! You won't regret it. I was drooling over an Emerson CQC-7V and I just got it yesterday but I'm still favoring the Caly 3.5 because it's so elegant.

  • You're coming to my hometown! Hope you have a blast and make sure you eat some great sourdough bread from fisherman's wharf!

  • @Valerieannleeh You mean SF? I was already there last week and did my crappy vlogs hehe. I live in Sac so I'm occasionally in that area.

  • Hey Mate.. good to see a video from you. You know I have a bunch of Bark Rivers for sale that I just know you'd love.. LOL.. Nice Persian.

  • @knivesandstuff Thanks! Even though it's a shit video I had to put something up. I forgot to look at the PDF in the email you sent me! I may not want to touch a BRK ever again by the sound of it.

  • "Why did it take me so long to buy this knife?" is exactly what I said when I got my caly 3.5. Spyderco makes several ergonomically amazing knives but nothing else melts in or feels more like an extension of the hand than the Calypso series knives.

  • get an Atlantic Salt Ive edced mine for an year almost everyday

  • @1snowreaper No I sold them and I miss them so much! I can't carry a concealed knife (under my shirt) here in California (moved from AZ), and carrying it out in the open in public places raises too many eyebrows. I do plan to get another Carter neck knife for hiking and camping. CONGRATULATIONS on your purchase. Now learn how to sharpen with water stones!

  • You still have your Murray Carters. I recently picked one up for real cheap on the forums and am super glad I did. Talk about a slicer and dicer.
