Some of those girls look like they shouldn't be on pointe yet, or they are doing things that are way too hard for them to do on pointe.

Although some a couple of the dancers in this are quite accomplished en pointe, this routine is on flat - the ribbons on the ballet shoes may be throwing you off a bit.
