shouldnt you always wear glove when practicing?

I prefer the lacrosse trainer product. These are old fashioned, bulky , can't take em with you easily and expensive. They sell in an ebay store I think the seller is Emrix-Distributors, laxdistributors(.)com has it too.

It is important to move around but that's another drill. If you isolate your drills first you can always move on to more complicated ones. Depends on your skill level. There are drills on the video that show movement.

A better drill is to throw right, and while the ball is in the air, switch to lefty and catch, then throw lefty and switch back to right while the ball is in the air.

That IS a good drill. It's also on the video.

Not exactly. In the video he's switching after he catches. I switch before I catch. It helps build a quick reflex for when a bad pass is thrown to you.

What I meant was, your drill is a good drill but to me it's a different drill for a different purpose. The drill in the video is good for face dodge or pivoting away from a defender, in other words changing hands with the ball. Your drill, also demonstrated on the full video, is good for cutting to cage without the ball or when you're given a bad pass like you said.
