After parties have presented their case to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in their written and oral pleadings, what goes on behind the scenes up to the public reading of the judgment? How are thousands of pages of submissions internally "digested" and by which procedures do they finally find an answer in a ruling of a few dozen or hundred pages issued by a court of (at least) 15 judges?
Interesting video - thanks for posting!
