So called Tagliavini report,
that Russia and Georgia quote like it was the proof of the guilt of the other party,
in fact is a controversial report.
It blames Russia and it's separatists alies for instigating and executing ethnic cleansing against Georgians.
It's also clearly states that Russian pasportisation in sovereigh Countries like Georgia was and is illigal.

On the other hand states that indeed Georgia is to be blamed for starting large scale military operation.

Note: it doesn't say that operation was illigal!!!

and it can't be because Georgia was acting within it's internationaly recognised boarders, recognised also by Russia at that time.

2000 killed civilians now proved to be a Russian propaganda hoax(146 civilians were killed indeed, no kids or women in that list) to prove their full invasion of Georgia even without approval of the Duma or any Russian allies at that time.

2.Placing Kokoita or Bagabsh like leader in Georgia to pull it back to it's influence again.

Georgia today under Saakashvili is the country that:

stays in the first place in the corruption fight

on the 26th place of the most great places in the world to invest(Russia is on 167th place)

One of the most fast developing nations in the world.
