Third Gen Camaro Z/28

This is my 1984 Z28 Camaro, currently equipped with a "H.O." 305, 5 speed, and 3.73 Posi in the rear. Exhaust is custom.

In the process of building a 383 Stroker for it.

AFR 195 heads
Forged Scat crank
Forged Scat 6" connecting rods
Forged pistons (10.5:1)
Victor Jr. Intake
Demon 750cfm
Crane roller rockers
Custom grind LSM roller cam
TKO 600

and a few other odds and ends which I can't remember right now.

looks great man but im partial to the white thirdgens since my 86 is white :p almost sounds if it has a mild cam but its been a while since ive hear a stock thirdgen . i will say though the single tail pipe hangs too low for my tastes im building a single system with a magnaflow for my lsx swap but plan to hide the tail pipe as much as i can.

@screaming86 the 305 in it has an rv cam, the pipe does hang too low for me also..ive wanted to cut it, but i havent gotten around to it. I like the sound of the single, once my 383 is finished it should be nice. Good luck with your build

im wanting to know bout your rear gear whats your crusing 60 mph / rpm? my maro is a 423 h.p. its take off is ok it tops out at 183 on my g.p.s. i want more takeoff im thinking bout 3.43 rear gears love to hear any input ohhh im runin 700r4 built

@way2easy2love im running 3.73s.. i do about 2500 rpm at 65mph on the free way its a good all around gear

@glamisfanatic take off is great for a 305...top end sucks...but thats motor related. Im building a 500hp 383 for it right now with afr heads
