  • I can't balance when I do these... You are meant to put the leg down on the floor? Whenever I go that low while balancing, my heel comes up quite badly.

  • Yes, the knee goes to the floor. How's your ankle mobility? Poor ankle mobility is a likely problem.

  • Not bad, my friend.

    Take out the momentum, as small as it may seem, at the start of the lift.

    Also, more control in the eccentric can be shown.

    After that, you are ready for the elite version...
