@komodoman In this case, wasn't based on people 'misbehavin' but a mistaken notion that the musical integrity demanded it. Perry admits in the VH1 documentary, and in his FTLOSM album that it was a mistake that he regrets, and they did reform for Trial By Fire and by all accounts, did very, very well together. So well that Smith didn't want to stay part of the 'new' Journey when they got another singer when Perry's hip injury kept him from touring.
