Texas Barbecue. I'm Canadian. There is a man in my city here and he is from Texas and he runs a bar and barbecue. Best Brisket and whole chicken wings i have ever had.

Those briskets look good. Lucky for me the meat I have roasting while watching the video is starting to smell good, so I can pretend it's those briskets. Thanks for the videos they are the perfect companions to the survivalist boards.

@joshua28320 It's the meat taken from the upper chest portion of a cow.
what size tank did you use to make this smoker? im planning on making one from a 120 gallon propane tank. also, is there a rule of thumb for firebox to smoker size ratio? im thinking of making an 18x18x18 inch firebox.
looks tasty.

how long did it take you o make the smoker and how much $ in Materials
grizzdipper66 9 months ago 2
@grizzdipper66 - about $400 - $500 in materials, and I worked on and off on the pit for over a year. I could probably build a pit like that in a weekend, or maybe 3 days. But that would be working on the pit for 8 - 10 hours a day.
