Three years ago, Jacob Wacker 17 years old at the time, was enjoying himself at a High School summer camp when one day swimming in the lake he dove too deep, hit his head on a sandbar, broke his neck and is now quadriplegic. Here is his story of heartache and courage. This was filmed 3 months after the accident.
