Friends apt building, what you think? Here's the thing... The 412HM is ONLY used for the keypad mounted outside... (976LM) The residents use the ADX8832, black series.. I saw the MVP receiver on the side of the unit. As you know the 8832 is a two button unit.. First button works for open, second button works for close.. VERY cool, even though the unit has a 45 sec auto close, I guess they still wanted to give residents an option to lower the door after pulling in or out.
