This is my first video compilation of flying by FPV with my Aerobird Xtreme near my home. The music is by Billy McLaughlin.

ive done some non fpv ariel vids with a flycamone which weighs about an ounce. for fpv though, would it be better to use a more powerful glow engine plane (.25 engine, 55in span) or would the xtreme be better? i dont want to modify my xtreme. thanks and good vid

Hi Pete, I have an Aerobird Xtreme and I was hoping to get fpv flying. What set up did you use? I have been trawling video clips trying to get an idea.

Hi Anjafa,
The Xtreme's a good plane. But adding the add'l weight of gear (about 220g) makes it much more challenging to fly! I use Future Hobbies gear: 520 line camera, 500 or 1000mW 2.4GHz xmitter, and a small 11.1V Lipo battery. For receiving, I use their old diversity unit, two 8dbi patch antennas, and the old-style video goggles. I record into my laptop in the field. The original video is much better than here. Hope that helps!
