how realistic is this game for bow hunting for wild turkey?

wat the hell,no they dont,i actually hunt them in real life..they DONT die slowly...trust me...they die within 10 seconds..in real life a shot to the heart would not kill a turkey(u would have to use buckshot)

Youtube limitations don't do the graphics justice. In game graphics are pretty good actually.
