omg that is way cool! I found a jumper in my barn last year that was very playful. I was moving a small piece of hay around in front of him and he pounced on it like a cat would with a toy. Jumpers are amazing! :)

@Stahi Jup, guess you're right. On one occasion I was playing at the PC, concentrating on the task at hand not noticing that I was being watched all the time... a little jumping spider sat on top of my monitor watching me with great interest. When I stood up to get a suitable transport to the outside world for the little one it followed me around with its head like it was thinking "What is he up to now?".
Personally I can't stand "regular" spiders but am quite fond of jumping spiders

I love spiders.

I bet it was knackered. Jumpers are the most evolved of spiders, but don't they run out of breath after a few steps?
Oh 7 down is 'kettle'.

Ironically, it wasn't the laser it was following; it was reading the QVC catalog.

That Is Awesome! Who knew they would react like a kitten!

Soo cool.!

you know you hit rock bottom when you watch this whole video
For me the fact that they actually stick around and chill when you come near is what makes them more cool than creepy. Normally you encounter a small spider and they run like a bat out of heck, but jumping spiders prefer to hang out and look at you.
