for the parents with babies and toddlers, they pay for day care. there is also a ged program for people trying to get their ged. the uniform is a white polo, khakis, tan boots, black dress shoes, red coat with bomber and rain coat, white t-shirt, black belt, black hat, gloves, and neck warmer. or it was when i was in it. timberland makes the uniform, and it's free.

you people are idiots! first off, it's been around long before obama became president (since 1988) . it's a way to help your community while getting a small living stipend and benefits. you also get almost $5,000 towards school or loans after you complete a year of service (10 months). i did it in 2002-2003. it was decent. i really like some of the people i met and working in the schools. it's not a political party or a religious cult or anything like that.
