I'm curious. You seem to have the highest peaks of any bicep that I have seen on a man or a woman. Therefore, I am curious to know just how much your arm expands when you flex. In other words, how large is your upper arm when it is outstretched and unflexed; and then how large is it when flexed. The difference in measurements would tell the expansion.

Just about the sickest peaks on YouTube. Gotta be 16". Idea: Put the camera on a tripod (to steady it) and (you) move your body and arm around the camera until you capture the "peak" angle. The super close-ups are cool..pull back just a little from time to time...to get in the whole monster. They are really impressive, man.
