What annoys me about foreigners in Japan 外国人は時間にルーズ

To all sensitive non-Japanese people　or Japanese people. :
Do nott get this too serious... He's my friend and I made this video as joke... ┐(￣ヘ￣）┌ ﾌｩｩ～ If you can't help but seeing me as racist, it's your problem.

And you know what? He hasn't finished editing this movie yet even though he finished filming every role almost 2 years ago by now. LOL

冗談半分のビデオですが、少なくとも自分が知ってる日本在中の外国人の友人のほとんどが5分～10分は当たり前のように遅れてくる。そこですました顔されるとたまにカチン­とくる。彼女との待ち合わせとは違うんだよ。

This video is joke but at least the foreigners in Japan that I know are truly unpunctual people. It's usually only 5 to 10 minutes though(which I don't really mind). But still they don't even seem to feel bad about it when they show up. That makes me feel upset. You know what. I don't wait for you coming like I wait for my GF. It's just different. haha

Here is story.
I went to Tokyo to see one of my J-vlogger friend by the name of ''Radrey''. He is going to make his original movie for his class. He offered me to play a role as a cop in it. So we decided to meet up at Ogikubo station in Tokyo where his apartment actually is. We were supposed to meet at 3.45pm but....lol
