Minnesota's Kevin Williams (left) and Pat Williams are among five NFL players whose suspensions for using a banned diuretic have still not been put into effect. A U.S. District judge extended his injunction Thursday. (Dec. 12)
I'm glad those NFL players are able to continue to play with their respective clubs for the remainder of this season. If you look into the whole story, you come to understand the position of the players. This isn't your typical steroid case. This ruling by the judge is especially good for Pat Williams, who may not play another season due to his age (36, I believe) and possibly even McAllister who has had two re-constructive knee surgeries and my not play much longer either.
