  • fake

  • It's a movie, and it's not fake (:

  • No, it's a movie made in 1906, not the REAL Ned Kelly shootout.

  • ned kelly was hanged for murder at Old Melbourne Gaol in 1880 so how is this 1906 as he had been dead for 26 years by this time?

  • This is not footage of the read Ned Kelly, it was a movie created in 1906.

  • I watched that movie at school years ago

  • This film is from 1906, there is only two pieces of this film left this being one of them.

It's the first feature length movie, it's sixty minutes long. And is not fake!

  • That is amazing. I love it I am so untreated in

    Him. Ps I'm from Melbourne.

  • Thank you for uploading this remaining piece of what is the world's oldest known full length movie. I love that it is of Ned Kelly. I always think its a shame that so little remains of this footage. It would be fascinating to see how modern legend differs from the tale as told in a time when people would have remembered the events.

  • The guy alone does not look slightly like Ned Kelly. Get over it.

  • Glenrowan had alot of snow that year as this film recalls

  • @MeganFoxsBox ,LOL,HEHE,HAHA

  • @BMF421 The first recording was in 1888... So that is a fail on your part

  • @BMF421 Television was the hot new thing in science in the 1930s. Movies had been around longer than that.

Film has been around since the late 1800s. If you look around Youtube alone you can find short films from 1895.

  • @BMF421 There is film from the 1896 Melbourne Cup, i Know that much
