@bboma777 I hear what you're saying - there are many good people out there like this guy, many Muslims also - but the fact is we never see them in the media. The one's the media focus on are those who have done wrong or something controversial. So please understand by mentioning him as Muslim we are in now way segregating - we are just happy that his voice was heard and his actions seen as they are so opposite to all the negativeness out there about Muslims. His example and words are for all.

A brave & truly strong individual with a true sense of right. I find the "Muslim" mentioning a bit unnecessary, like mentioning colour, it segregate & gives the suggestion that an "amazing" Muslim is a rare thing, which I know isn't true as so many are beautiful, humble & tolerant individuals with many values that many of us non Muslims could do with adopting. This man humbles me, has my utmost respect & I wish his God answers all his prayers. May your children rest in peace.

What an amazing muslim. This is what we have been taught by the Prophet (saw). This is the way of the righteous predecessors. Masha Allah this man in a few minutes has represented the real face of islam - Islam as was taught and how muslims are expected to be. May Allah bless you. Ameen.
