@Northisbest Paul suffered a rather debilitating nerve injury to his neck that he wouldn't take time off to have treated (typical of the '80s, Orndorff was afraid if he was too long out of activity, he'd wind up not making the money he was, or worse lose his job) By the 90s, his condition had become so severe, the muscles on the right side of his body were atrophying, hence why he looks so small in this shoot. If you watch video from even later, he looks freakish

Gee...Orndoff looks like he is trying not to laugh like he did when he wrestled Chief jay strongbow in the beginning of the match at MSG in NYC!
