Thanks a lot Lindsay. I know about the variations, we do them in some classes, they work for me really well. But I really would like to know what I have to work on so that I can keep my arms by the ears. I'm trying some shoulder opening sequences, but so far don't feel much difference...

@Katkaeatsthis i know you didn't ask me, but there is a variation of this pose where you can put your arms behind you so that you're kinda in a superman sort of pose (arms by your sides/hips). or you could clasp your hands behind your back for a bit more of a chest opening.

I'm so glad you added the "Yogatic Chime" back into the beginning of your vidoes. :) I've always enjoyed that sound.

Esther thank you so much! You answered my question before I even asked it. I will now try to keep my hip points down. I always lose my balance and seem to fall into half moon. Now I know why!

Esther, my biggest problem in this pose is to keep my arms beside my ears. After few seconds I'm struggling... Any advice on that please?

good job
Hey Esther! I love doing all 3 of the warrior poses but I have a bad left knee that won't hold me in these types of poses for very long, maybe 30 seconds, without wobbling. Do I get the same benefit from repetition (i.e. doing it 3+ times in a routine) that I would by trying to hold it for a few minutes at a time?

@Gunapithesunrose Hi, Yes don't push your knees and adopt to how it does feel right to your body. You will still get the benefits of this pose for sure :-)
