@Slantze true tht...i remember when i was younger and my uncle told me this.....i was like .....ur dumb and stupid....AND i was still chunky and weak....now i realize the importance of leg training for alot of reasons....i stilll hve friends tht dont follow this and still ask me WFT MAN....i tell them why and how ...but they dnt listen oh well

I do care about my leg size and strength. Problem is I have a hard time putting mass on legs, despite doing one day a week when I do squats, lunges, leg press, leg curls - the whole leg bit. I am wondering if I should up the intensity of leg routines (using max weight I can handle on all exercises after warm-up set) and cut down on volume of leg training?
Anytime leg training is powerful and adds to your overall body building results
